Opera Huntsville’s ‘A Little Night Music’ Comes to AAMU
Opera Huntsville is presenting “A Little Night Music” by Stephen Sondheim on Friday, April 19 and Saturday, April 20 at 7:00 p.m. at the Johnson Little Theatre in the Morrison Fine Arts Building.
AAMU Voice Instructor Sierra Hammond is the production manager for this remarkable production and three students in AAMU’s Visual, Performing, and Communication Arts Program will serve as stagehands, contributing their skills and dedication to ensure the success of the performance.
“A Little Night Music”' is a captivating musical that unfolds a delightful tale of romantic entanglements and passion in the enchanting Swedish countryside. Set against the backdrop of summer nights, the story weaves a thrilling web of love, desire, and the complex dance of relationships.
As characters navigate their weekend escapades, the musical promises an exhilarating journey through the highs and lows of pursuing happiness and the electrifying consequences of their choices.
