CDS Gears Up for Career Week

Event Attracts over 100 Participants

One of the most popular events of the fall season will roll around again this fall October 16-18, when Career Development Services (CDS) at Alabama A&M University sponsors its Fall Career Week 2019.

The week begins on Wednesday, October 16, with a Speed Networking Session in 233 Arthur J. Bond Hall from 4-5:30 p.m. 

The mammoth four-hour Career Fair, scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. in AAMU’s Student Health & Wellness Center (business attire required), will be held Thursday, October 17.  Headshots for LinkedIn will be taken from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

The Wellness Center also will be the site for Friday’s Interview Day sessions, which are scheduled according to employer invitation from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.  To be eligible for on-campus interviews, students must complete ALL 4 STEPS of the Career Development Services (CDS) registration process.
