2025 Male Initiative Week: Forging Kings of the Future
The Alabama A&M University Office of Student Activities & Leadership Development will present the 2025 Male Initiative Week - a transformative experience designed to empower, uplift, and prepare the next generation
of male leaders - Feb. 16 - 21 on campus. This year’s theme, “Kings of the Future,” underscores the values of growth, leadership, and brotherhood, fostering a community
where men can engage in meaningful discussions, mentorship, and camaraderie.
This year's distinguished guest is renowned actor and producer Cory Hardrict. Hardrict has built an impressive career starring in films such as “American Sniper,”
“Brotherly Love,” and “November Criminals.” Hardrict also owns his own production
company, Hardcor Films, and exemplifies resilience, ambition and success.

2/18 | Barbershop Talk | 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. | Bradford Auditorium in Buchanan Hall
Engage in raw, open conversations on manhood, mental health, and personal growth while
enjoying a free lineup.
2/19 | Kings of Tomorrow: An Afternoon of Suits & Prestige (ESW) | 12:00 p.m. | Knight Courtyard
Step into confidence and class – wear your best suit and join an afternoon of networking,
professionalism, and inspiration.
2/19 | The King’s Roundtable | 6:00 p.m. | Knight Ballroom
A powerful gathering focused on brotherhood, leadership, and legacy-building, featuring
special guest Cory Hardrict.
2/21 | Rise of the Future Kings: Field Day Challenge | 5:00 p.m. | Frank Lewis Field & Outdoor Basketball Court
End the week with friendly competition, a basketball tournament, live music, food
trucks, and student vendors.
