Tickets Required for Entry, Clear Bag Policy Enforced
2023 Fall Commencement Tickets, Safety Reminders
The Fall 2023 Commencement Ceremony is scheduled for Friday, December 8, 2023 at 10:00
a.m. at the AAMU Event Center. Representative Ontario Tillman will serve as speaker.
TICKETED EVENT
This is a ticketed event. Class of 2023-issued tickets ARE REQUIRED for entry at the
Event Center.
CLEAR BAG POLICY STRICTLY ENFORCED
In the interest of public safety and to significantly expedite entry into the Event
Center for the Fall 2023 Commencement, the Alabama A&M University clear bag policy
will be strictly enforced. Diaper bags, medical bags and any special medical equipment
will be screened at the security entrance. These security measures are intended to
enhance public safety while minimizing time spent searching bags at gate security
checkpoints, thus easing access into the Event Center.
