Dr. Nash-Stevenson's Seminar to Motivate and Inspire Students

The AAMU Fall STEM Seminar Series on November 30, 2023, at 12:30 p.m. via Zoom will feature three-time esteemed alumna, Dr. Shelia Nash-Stevenson.

In 1994, Dr. Nash-Stevenson became the first African-American woman in Alabama to receive a Ph.D. in Physics. Now a Physical Scientist Acquisition Manager at NASA Langley Research Center, she returns to AAMU to inspire and motivate students in STEM with her seminar, “D.R.E.A.M: Making Your Dreams Come True!”
