AAMU Athletics Announces Revisions to Football Ops

With the coming of the new season there will be changes surrounding football operations, says Dexter L. Williams, athletics operations manager at Alabama A&M University.  Below are the changes that will be taking place for the 2019 Bulldog Football Season.

Many of the changes were approved and implemented following receipt of valuable feedback from Bulldog fans.

2019 Season Ticket Prices

Season Ticket Package: $140             Faculty/Staff/ Senior Citizens: $130

• Vendors must follow all rules and regulations outlined in the vendor’s package

   2019 Bulldog Shuttle Information

1. BTS will station a bus in the Stallworth Lots to transport fans
2. BTS Shuttle transportation will start two (2) hours prior to kick off
3. BTS Shuttle transportation will pick up patrons every 30 minutes starting two (2) hours prior to kick off
4. BTS Shuttle will transport fans to vehicles starting at the seven (7) minute mark of the third quarter
5. Golf carts will be available for transportation in the Industrial Tailgate lot and Stallworth Lot two (2) hours prior to kick off
6. BTS will run shuttle from the following Lots: Stallworth Lots, Patton Hall Lots, Elmore Gym Lot
7. There is NO cost to ride the shuttle

Quick Facts

1. Fillable forms will be added to the AAMU sports website for patrons to purchase tailgate spots
2. We are looking into adding more generator lights for the tailgate area.
3. Bulldog Walk will take place two (2) hours prior to kick off
4. Looking into making items available for tailgate at a cost. Items such as the following: tables, chairs, ice, etc. (Still in the planning Stages-May be implemented in 2019 or 2020)
5. All information for football game day and logistics will be placed on social media and/or at www.aamusports.com  under the Game Day Central tab.
6. HEMSI will be available on the football field, tailgate area, and stadium concourse in Sports Information Office
7. Concession Stands will open two (2) hours prior to kick off
8. There will be an Informational Booth located at South end of the concourse
9. The Little Bulldog Kids Zone will be open four (4) hours prior to kick off and will close one (1) hour prior to kick off
10. The Clear Bag Policy and Prohibited Items Policy will be strictly enforced
11. All gates to Louis Crews Stadium will open two (2) hours prior to game time
