Alabama A&M University to Host Honda Campus All-Star Challenge National Qualifying Tournament
Alabama A&M University will compete in this year’s 35th Honda Campus All-Star Challenge (HCASC) and serve as one of the hosts of the official National Qualifying Tournaments this weekend.
Honda Campus All-Star Challenge is America’s premier academic competition for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) students. Teams face off in head-to-head competition and must quickly answer questions about history, science, literature, religion, math, the arts, pop culture, and sports.
On Sunday, February 11, 2024, AAMU will welcome teams from Albany State University, Central State University, Clark Atlanta University, Jackson State University, Miles College, Oakwood University, Paine College, Southern University New Orleans, and Tuskegee University for the National Qualifying Tournament.
Team registration begins at 8:00 a.m., the first game begins at 9:30 a.m., with the semi-finals and final rounds beginning at approximately 3:30 p.m. The University community, family and friends are invited to support the AAMU Team in the New School of Business.
HBCU teams from across the country are competing for institutional grants from Honda and a spot in the HCASC National Championship Tournament at the American Honda corporate campus in Torrance, California, April 6-10, 2024.
